2013 BMW X1 leaked
Another leak that surfaced the Internet these days is the facelift for the BMW X1 which doesn’t bring a lot of significant changes as far as the design is concerned. It does have a new front bumper that features silver accents, while the headlights have remained the same but their internal design is a little bit different.
We also notice some mild updates to the side sills, side mirrors, rear bumper and taillights, while the interior cabin gets a slightly different lower center console while the dash panel trim pieces have also suffered some minor changes. Customers can choose from new exterior colors and new designs of the alloy wheels.
Most likely, the engine lineup will be the same as the one available for the current model, while the model sold in the United States will probably be available only with a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that delivers 242 hp (245 PS / 180 kW) and a peak torque of 258 lb.-ft (350 Nm).
The car is scheduled to hit the dealerships later on this year while the U.S. will get the car at the start of September.
