Arrinera supercar starts from $160,060
Today we bring you news from Arrinera Automotive as the company has revealed new details about its upcoming supercar. The vehicle will feature a Lamborghini-inspired aerodynamic design that was created by Pavlo Burkatskyy, with an aggressive rear end and a roof made from carbon fiber. Inside it has a three-spoke steering wheel, sports seats, while the dashboard is wrapped around in leather. We also have to mention the navigation system, LED ambient lightning and a carbon fiber trim.
The Arrinera supercar has a high strength steel chassis, a high performance braking system and a multi-link independent suspension that has been developed by Lee Noble. At the heart of the car is a V8 6.2-liter supercharged engine that produces no less than 641 hp (650 PS / 478 kW) and a peak torque of 605 lb.-ft (820 Nm). This engine is mated to a Graziano-sourced gearbox that allows the car to do the 0-62 mph sprint in 3.2 seconds. This 2866 lb (1300 kg) supercar needs 8.9 seconds in order to hit 200 km/h from start, on its way to a maximum top speed of 211 mph (340 km/h).
The Arrinera supercar is scheduled to reach the production phase later on this year and the base version will cost $160,060 (100,000 pounds / 116,740 Euro).
