Bugatti Galibier Goes Into Limited Production

We have some great news for those of you who were waiting for the Bugatti Galibier. After months of rumors and speculations, the company’s president Wolfgang Durheimier confirmed for Auto Motor und Sport that the car will go into production, albeit a limited run.

The car will go on sale in last part of next year and it will be powered by an impressive 16-cylinder engine that should churn about 789 hp (800 PS / 588 kW) to 986 hp (1,000 PS / 735 kW). The company’s representative estimates that the car will be sold in approximately 1,000 – 1,500 units.

No word about the pricing yet but Bugatti’s executive hinted that the car will have a price tag of over $1,440,000 (1,000,000 Euros).
