Renault unveiled this week the Grand Kangoo for the French market where the car will be available for order starting with next month at a base price of 20,750 Euro. Basically, this model would have to be a passenger-oriented version of the Kangoo Express Maxi Crew and Z.E. variants that have been designed for light commercial purposes.

The vehicle is capable of seating up to seven people and comes with two independent seats that can be removed. The French automaker has said that the vehicle has been designed for families and businesses that are searching for a multi-purpose car that features a modular interior with layout combinations.

The Renault Grand Kangoo can be ordered with a 1.5 dCi engine that is available in two output configurations, one with 90 hp and another one with 110 hp. The car will be manufactured at the company’s MCA plant located in Maubeuge, France where they make the rest of the models that belong to the Kangoo family.
