The new Audi A4 is official

After yesterday a photo of the new Audi A4 leaked, today Audi made it official for everyone. They announced the A4 and released a whole bunch of photos, plus an awesome presentation video. The new A4 has grown significantly measuring in at 4,703 mm in length (4,586 mm for the current A4). Same goes for the wheelbase (2,808 mm vs the current A4’s 2,685 mm) which is just a tad shorter than the A6 (2,843 mm). Another cool feature of the new A4 are the headlights, with LEDs similar to those on the current A5.
Scheduled to be released for the European market at the end of November 2007, at a basic list price of about 26,000 Euros or $35,500 in Germany (the US should get in early 2008), the new Audi A4 will be initially offered with five engines: 160 bhp 1.8 TFSI (0 to 62 mph (100km/h) in 8.6 seconds), 265 bhp 3.2 V6 FSI (6.2 seconds), 143 bhp 2.0 TDi (9.4 seconds), 190 bhp 2.7 TDi and 240 bhp 3.0 TDi (6.1 seconds).

Beautiful, stunning, intimidating. The angel eyes on BMWs are the only thing that may look better. But its a good start.

We agree, Oliver, but not about the lights, I mean, those LED lights are really awesome.
